By 2022, Lindsey had two kids, a third on the way, and a business that was making more than her full-time job.

But the paycheck from corporate wellness still felt like a security blanket.

It wasn’t until she got pregnant unexpectedly that she realized something had to give.

“I was spread too thin,” she said. “I had this window of eight months before the baby came, and I thought—if I really want this business to work, I need to go all in.”

So she quit her job. No maternity leave, no fallback plan. And with that bold leap, everything changed.

Lindsey’s business didn’t grow because she magically had more hours; it grew because she had focused, uninterrupted work blocks.

Lindsey launched her first group program early—just six months into her business. It was a six-week offer priced at just a few hundred dollars. And it worked.

Her niche was ideal: women with HA are often desperate for help but wary of traditional fertility treatments.

Eventually, she tried pivoting to a three-month program—but it flopped at first. Why?

“It wasn’t the structure—it was me,” Lindsey admitted. “I didn’t believe people would pay that much. I had a ton of mindset blocks about charging more.”

She went back to what worked… until she didn’t.

Eventually, she upgraded the six-week offer to a high-touch, 12-week high-ticket group coaching program with optional one-on-one support.

The results? Better client outcomes. More predictable revenue. Less burnout.

Today, her base program sells for $2,700, with a hybrid option at $3,700. And yes—people are buying.

“Honestly, our group clients get better results than most of our one-on-one clients ever did,” Lindsey said.

“If you’re the only person in your friend group not getting a period, you feel broken,” she said. “But in our group, everyone is going through the same thing. They finally feel seen.”

There’s been a lot of noise lately about people “not buying” high-ticket offers anymore. Lindsey’s results tell a different story.

“This is the best time to be in private practice,” Lindsey said. “People are hungry for something different. They’re done being dismissed by their doctors.”
