After earning her master’s degree in nutrition and public health, Laura built a thriving multi–six figure online practice supporting women with hormone and gut health challenges. But what she loved most wasn’t just helping clients heal — it was helping other practitioners see what was possible when they turned their expertise into a scalable, values-driven business.
In 2020, she launched The Nourished Business Accelerator™, a proven coaching program that’s now helped hundreds of health professionals streamline their offers, attract premium clients, and scale sustainably.
Today, Laura is known for her no-fluff, heart-centered approach to business growth, combining data-backed strategy with deep empathy for the human side of entrepreneurship. She’s passionate about helping coaches and experts create businesses that generate consistent revenue without sacrificing their peace, purpose, or presence at home.
