I frequently have clients who say they hate vegetables.
Hearing this can sometimes be challenging for me as a nutritionist, since not only are vegetables an incredibly important part of a healthy diet, but there’s also dozens of ways that veggies can be prepared to make them taste amazing! And I want my clients to love vegetables as much as I do.
Since I’m frequently sending these clients ideas for how to cook veggies, I decided to put together a list of some of the most appealing vegetable recipes that I’ve come across so far. These recipes are gluten-free, and many are dairy-free as well.
If you’re a veggie hater, take a look at this list of recipes by some talented Paleo recipe bloggers. You might find at least one recipe you’re willing to try, and who knows… you may even like it!
