About the fed and fearless podcast
Being Fed and Fearless is about living your best life. It’s about simplifying the process of becoming your healthiest self. It’s taking all that information overload we all get on a daily basis about our health and bodies and really breaking it down to what works… and what doesn’t.
A big factor for me in creating this podcast is to help you change the way you think about your health. Health isn’t the number on the scale. Health is about what food you’re eating, how you feel, how you move, what your hormones are doing. It’s about your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
I ask each of my guests what it means to be more than a body. Because, yes, our body is important, but what’s even more crucial is how we feel, what we believe in, and who we are as a person. That’s where adopting a fed and fearless mindset becomes vital. This also might be one of the only health-focused podcasts that brings faith into the conversation and encourage you to do that, too.
